Ideal Candidate- Relevant nursery qualification (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience working in a supervisory capacity
- Experience working within the Private Nursery Sector
- Knowledge of the working practices, process and procedures within the childcare curriculum
- Confident in developing long lasting relationships with parents
- Experience and passion for keeping up to date with childcare legislation
- Communication skills both with employees and parents
- Passion to deliver and develop an instrumental education and different learning platforms for children
- Must hold or be able to pass a mandatory DBS check
- Must enjoy physical activity outdoors
