Support Worker
We are seeking calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support older adults in a proactive and holistic manner. As a key member of our team, you will possess strong skills in positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for all our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support with domestic tasks.
- Assist individuals in accessing work, education and social opportunities.
- Work flexibly on a roster basis, including evenings.

- Highly motivated and hardworking.
- Strong skills in positive communication and engagement.
- Willing to embrace all aspects of the role.
Previous experience is desirable, but not necessary. What we value most is your gumption and a can-do attitude.
