This rewarding role requires flexibility across the week, including shifts in the evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. We seek highly motivated individuals with strong personal commitment and skills in engaging service users in planning their support.You’ll work professionally alongside Care Managers and health professionals and communicate positively with families, carers, and friends.
