Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Cornwall Area – Van Mobile - £44,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract around the Cornwall area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £44,000.

• Basic Salary of up to £44,000
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Van & Fuel Card
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform
• Private use of Van - approx. £94 a month (paid as a tax) – 1000 miles a month private use.
• Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• Call out stand by allowance of £60 per week,
• Overtime paid at x1.5 and x2 Saturday PM and Sunday all day

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
• To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients’ AC systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding.
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Electrical Knowledge (Preffered)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
