What You Will Do
Your Role As a Product Support Engineer, you will be a key player in driving aftermarket services and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing commissioning support for new SABROE equipment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical product inquiries.
- Managing warranty and technical support processes.
- Offering installation guidance, operating advice, and training.
- Traveling to customer sites across the UK&I and occasionally to Europe.
- Preparing detailed technical reports and coordinating support efforts.
- Experience in the Industrial Refrigeration and Heat Pump market.
- Strong working knowledge of refrigeration systems in industrial and commercial settings.
- Prior experience in service and commissioning (SABROE knowledge is an advantage).
- Hands-on expertise in refrigeration systems using ammonia as a refrigerant.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry developments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- F-GAS 2079 card
- Ammonia handling certification
- NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration or equivalent qualification (City & Guilds, etc.)
