Customer Service Advisors
- 60 per hour
Temporary for 3 months initially - with permanent opportunities after this period
Central Bristol - hybrid working after 3 months
Monday - Friday between 08:30am - 18:00pm
Tate are working with a local authority based in Bristol in their search for Customer Service Advisors on a full-time basis.
As first point of contact for customers, your role as a Customer Service Advisor is to ensure all customers receive a professional, positive, customer-focused experience over the phone.
Key responsibilities including:
- Being the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls and provide support and advice to customers.
- Handling complex complaints.
- Working efficiently alongside other departments to work out the best resolution for customers.
- Administration support - maintaining up to date and accurate customer records on the database / logging appropriate audit trails.
