Ribbons & Reeves are looking for graduates with a minimum 2.1 Psychology-related degree from a Top 20 UK University, keen to work in a school with children with SEND and SEMH.

• Full-time term time only Behaviour Support Assistant – Commencing in September until the end of the academic year
• Work alongside SENDCo, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
• Role Paying £450-£550 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
• Experience working with children with SEND/SEMH is desirable
• Gain experience in a school setting with students from a disadvantaged background

• Support small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis
• Highly rewarding role making a meaningful impact on children in a secondary school setting
• Supporting and comforting Student with Anxiety, Depression, ASD and additional SEN
• Building a trusting relationship with the pupil, offering consistent encouragement and guidance

This Behaviour Support Assistant role is based in Tower Hamlets where the learning is second to none. This role is ideal for a Psychology Graduate who is looking to add experience to their portfolio before making future steps to become a psychologist.
