Responsibilities and Requirements of the Office Administrator

Strong knowledge computer skills required (Microsoft office package and outlook)
Good computer system experience/Fast Learner
Previous phone experience liaising with customers
Can work in an office environment as part of a team and have the ability to work independently
Maintain customer database with accuracy

Ensure the timely completion of customer orders and sales enquiries.
