This full-time position begins in October and runs until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
Role Overview:
- Supporting teachers within the Maths department by assisting with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Providing targeted support to students, working 1:1 or in small groups to improve mathematical understanding and skills.
- Helping to manage classroom behavior and ensure a productive learning environment.
- Assisting in tracking student progress and providing feedback to teachers on areas for improvement.
- Contributing to a positive learning atmosphere by supporting students who require additional help or have special educational needs.

Key Details:
- Pay: £419.25 - £500 per week (dependent on experience and responsibilities).
