Medical Secretary

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the endocrine and diabetes secretarial team.

Flexible working opportunities can be discussed, once training complete.

This role is part time 35 hours per week over 5 days.

To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to clinical staff using a range of secretarial procedures in accordance with the processes.

To contribute to the effective delivery of patient care, through knowledge of consultant practice and hospital systems.

To be flexible to provide cover for colleagues as necessary.

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) is the main provider of acute and specialist care services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We serve a population of around 500,000 people - a figure that can increase significantly with

visitors during the busiest times of the year. We employ approximately 6,700 staff and have a budget of approximately £580 million.
