Administrator within our Attendance Team, Birmingham
What you'll be doing
Oversee the attendance procedures, ensuring that registers are accurately maintained and attendance is monitored in line with the Student Attendance & Engagement policy
To collate and report attendance data and statistics, identifying attendance issues and trends
To carry out administrative tasks in relation to attendance interventions (including regular phone calls)
To work as part of the wider Registry team and provide support to other departments as and when required
About You: Administrative experience within ideally in the education sector but not essential
Experience of multi-tasking and delivery to agreed timescaleExperience of managing and prioritising complex workloads
Team player
Flexible and adaptable to change
Well organised and methodical
