You will be working for a well-known NHS Trust based in London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior Employee Relations Advisor will be as follows:
- Management of ER cases including disciplinary cases, employee led complaints, performance management, probation and sickness absence, in line with Trust Policy and Procedure
- Provide sound ER advice to managers to help the effective management of staff
- Provide impartial support and advice to employees
- Experiences of conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations - preferably solo as the investigator
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Employee Relations Advisor will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong Employee Relations experience in the public sector, preferably NHS
- Experiences presenting at hearing
- Good communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- High quality writing skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- This is initially a 12 week temporary role but potential for extension
- 37.5 hours per week
- Office based role
