A high-end developer is seeking a Sales Negotiator to be based on-site at a landmark riverside development, focusing on its latest phase, which is set to launch in Spring this year. This landmark development offers premium residences, world-class amenities, and a vibrant cultural scene in the heart of the capital.
The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will be instrumental in driving sales for this high-profile scheme, engaging with a discerning buyer demographic that includes high-net-worth individuals and international purchasers. You will be part of an experienced and dynamic team, delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales process for the latest phase of this prestigious scheme, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Engaging with a diverse range of buyers, including domestic and international investors.
- Delivering an exceptional, high-end customer journey, tailored to luxury property purchasers.
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation within the marketing suite and show apartments.
- Working collaboratively within a close-knit team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the wider scheme.
The Candidate:
- A minimum of two years' experience in New Homes sales.
- Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals and international buyers is highly desirable.
- Confident, personable, and professional, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- A proactive approach with a strong commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service.
Working Hours & Package:
- Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work where required.
- Working hours: approximately 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with some flexibility.
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 + commission
