Customer Service Advisor
Role Responsibilities:Liaising closely with the Production team, to ensure production is on track to support the orders received.Ensuring all delivery dates are up to date and adjusted where required, updating customers in a timely mannerFirst point of call for all customer queries and complaints Contacting all clients to confirm delivery on scheduled datesWorking closely with other departments (Logistics/ Sales) as requiredCandidates requirements:Experience in a similar Customer Advisor positionHighly organised and passionate about providing excellent serviceAbility to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environmentExcellent communication skills at all levelsProficient in MS Office and experience with a CRM systemThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Appointments Personnel who are acting as an employment agency.
