Customer Service Advisor

Manpower are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in B29
Working within a busy & vibrant student accommodation, duties will include:
- Cover the front desk
- Receive and distribute resident mail accordingly
- Liaise with contractors
- Support housekeeper where necessary
- Flag any issues onsite to management
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
About you?: This assignment will suit someone who comes from a customer service background and enjoys customer facing roles.
This is a temporary position for 4 - 8 weeks
Hours and Pay: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
£11.44 p/h
