Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in providing classroom support for students with diverse needs.
- Help with the development and implementation of learning resources.
- Support students with tasks in and out of the classroom, ensuring their learning needs are met.
- Assist with behaviour management and provide pastoral care.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
