We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in a dynamic secondary school in Manchester. This role involves working closely with students who require additional learning support, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing tailored assistance.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students.
About You:
- Experience in a similar role or working with children/young people is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and nurturing approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
