Salary SM4 £63,768 to £66,948 per annum, 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum.
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) will be welcomed with the possibility of SM5 for an exceptional candidate with this accreditation and/or the substantial skills & experience of a Business Leader.
Following the retirement of our fantastic Business Leader we are excited to announce an opportunity for an exceptional School Business professional, with the right blend of skills, talents, experience, and values to become the Business Manager of Enfield County School for Girls, a high performing, 11-18 Girls Comprehensive School (mixed sixth form) in Enfield.The diversity of our school is one of our strengths with students from diverse faiths, cultures and backgrounds studying across our split lower and upper school sites.

As Business Manager, the successful applicant will have far reaching influence in how we support our young people, and we are looking for an exceptional candidate who puts student welfare and progress at the heart of everything they do; ensuring the strategic and financial management of our school, alongside the management of HR and staffing personnel matters, and facilities management to ensure the effectiveness of our school community.
