We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Operations Coordinator to help run our London catering operations. This role is perfect for someone at the start of their career who’s eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, taking on a lot of responsibility from the get go, with a great opportunity to grow with the company.
As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll ensure every Fat Frank’s event goes off without a hitch. From preparing ingredients and equipment to coordinating events and liaising with staff, you’ll play an important role in delivering unforgettable pizza experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination – help plan, organise, and run catering events.
Stock and Inventory – keep track of stock levels and ensure supplies are ready for events.
Logistics and Equipment – prep and transport everything needed for events.
Supplier Coordination – organise timely deliveries to our storage facility.
Team Support – work closely with event staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements- A valid driving licence is a must-have.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Close commuting range to our office/storage facility in Putney, SW15.
- Comfortable with a physically demanding job.
