About The Job:

Are you ready to elevate your career in a fast-paced, luxury environment? Our client is on the hunt for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to support their dynamic team! ?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Operations & Finance team to ensure orders are placed correctly, checked and monitor acknowledgements from suppliers
  • Collaborate with account managers on a variety of administrative and coordination tasks
  • Organising logistics and delivery arrangements
  • Liaise with clients, addressing queries related to specifications and delivery dates
  • Support sales professionals with day-to-day needs
  • Attend meetings with the team and clients to discuss project details
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Finance Admin support using SAGE 200
  • Providing personal assistant duties to the directors when needed.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a dedicated administrator supporting a busy team
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Experience using Sage is desirable
