Design Technology Teacher – Secondary & SEN Schools (Bourne, Lincolnshire)
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Design Technology Teacher to support both secondary and SEN schools in Bourne, Lincolnshire. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality lessons and providing valuable support to students with diverse needs, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Design Technology lessons to both secondary and SEN students.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of all learners, ensuring inclusivity and understanding.
- Support students in developing practical skills and creativity in design and technology.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure the academic and personal development of all students.
What We Offer:
- Starting pay of £180 per day, with the potential for an increase based on performance.
- Working hours: 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, term time only.

What You’ll Need:
- A degree in Design Technology or a related field, with a teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Design Technology curriculum and a passion for the subject.
- Experience working with secondary and SEN students, or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
- A positive, adaptable, and inclusive approach to teaching.
