We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic teacher of Design and Technology to support the department in delivering high quality teaching and learning for all students. Sir Harry Smith Community College has a strong ethos in well-being and creating a sense of belonging for all our students.We look to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent and relevant degree) to join our large team of talented and experienced Design and Technology staff.
The successful candidate will deliver D&T and/or Food Technology across KS3 & KS4. They will be creative, innovative, efficient, and committed to improving outcomes for all students. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and join a team of superbly collaborative teachers who are committed to a progressive and stimulating approach to teaching and learning and instilling a passion for these vital subjects in all our students.

The College serves the market town of Whittlesey, seven miles outside of Peterborough in Cambridgeshire.
