About the Role:
- Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and educational activities.
- Supporting individual students or small groups to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all students.
- Working with students with additional needs to ensure they are fully included and engaged in lessons.
- Preparing classroom resources and helping with lesson organisation.
- Monitoring students' progress and reporting back to the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a primary school, particularly with Key Stage 1 or 2 students.
- A passion for helping children develop and achieve their potential.
- Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.
- Flexibility and a proactive attitude towards supporting children in the classroom.
