Start date: 18th June 2025Salary: £25,889 plus commission
Hybrid working: 50% office based (Newcastle - Cobalt Business Park), 50% home based (after completion of up to 10 weeks office-based training)
Shift patterns are Monday to Friday from 8am - 8pm (including bank holidays) with the possibility of occasional weekends.
We’re looking for friendly, helpful people to join our Customer Service team, supporting Virgin Media customers. You’ll be answering calls and helping with all sorts of queries – from quick billing questions to trickier tech issues that might need a bit more digging.
If you’ve got previous customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in a contact centre!) and you’re calm under pressure, great at building relationships, and genuinely enjoy helping people – we’ll teach you the rest.
