Accounts Administrator (PART-TIME)

Location: Ilford, East London

Salary: £17,000 for 24 hours per week

Are you an organised and self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently? Join a small and dedicated team based in East London to play a key role in managing their venue's operations and event spaces while supporting with their invoicing and .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records using Sage/Quickbooks (training on the software provided).
  • Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee the booking and coordination of hall rentals, ensuring smooth operations for all events.
  • Respond to booking inquiries via email and phone, providing excellent service to members and event clients.
  • Ensure the facilities are well-maintained and ready for events (including sports events) and daily use.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and other team members.
