Job Description- Performing accurate data entry tasks related to financial records
- Maintaining and updating financial databases regularly
- Provide support documentation for Sales Invoices
- Ensuring all financial records are kept up to date and organised
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Helping to streamline financial processes and procedures
- Chase for and add purchase orders
- Handling customer queries
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- An educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- An estimated hourly salary range of £28,000 - £30,000
