Job Description
  • Performing accurate data entry tasks related to financial records
  • Maintaining and updating financial databases regularly
  • Provide support documentation for Sales Invoices
  • Ensuring all financial records are kept up to date and organised
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Helping to streamline financial processes and procedures
  • Chase for and add purchase orders
  • Handling customer queries

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • An educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
