• Job Title: Facilities Assistant
• Location: Dereham
• Job Type: Temporary (1 month, initially)
• Salary: £23,000 pro rata / £11.96 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team in Dereham for a temporary position lasting one month. This role offers flexibility and can be suited to one full-time person or two part-time individuals. If you are proactive, reliable, and looking for a short-term opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Organise and manage tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain clear and consistent communication.
• Collaborate as a team player to achieve common goals and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Travel as needed using your own car to meet job requirements.
• Utilise IT skills to support various tasks and projects within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
• Own car for necessary travel related to job duties.
• Competency in IT to handle task management and communication tools effectively.
• Desirable: Ability to assemble furniture with assistance and experience in repairs and maintenance.
