Job Description
Assisting the structuring and execution of complex international project finance transactions in the renewable energy sector, with support from senior team members
Key tasks includes cash flows modelling, financial analysis, due diligence, review/negotiation of documentation with key stakeholders and clients, market analysis
Assisting in pitching process, including preparation of bid packages, pitch books, pricing & profitability assessments, ratings
Liaising with key internal stakeholders on new transactions, including Risk, Distribution, Agency, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Legal & Treasury
Execution of mandated transactions until Financial Close, including liaising with external advisors and clients
Assist the team in general marketing and ancillary activities (client database / presentations / digital marketing / etc)
Ensure compliance with London Branch AML
Compliance Handbooks and other job relevant policies
The Successful Applicant
Track record in financial services
Experience working in a structured finance team
Wider project finance experience beneficial with focus on renewables
Experience in an origination or portfolio management role
Strong credit and financial modelling skills
European language skills beneficial
