This is an excellent opportunity for a Structured Finance solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to make their mark within a highly reputable team to advise on a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions.
Our client acts for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities across asset based finance, securitisation and debt capital markets.
Further, they also act for many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following workstreams:
securitisation (private or public);
asset backed securities;
receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.
