We are seeking passionate and dedicated Trainee Residential Child Care Workers to join our team. As a Child Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our young residents. You will provide day-to-day care, facilitate engaging activities, and foster positive relationships, all while promoting independence and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to young residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • Plan and facilitate recreational and educational activities, helping residents to develop new skills and interests.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and practices.
