About the Role

As a Part-time Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will take on a vital role in our children's lives, working as part of a team and acting as a trusted parental figure.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children
  • Supporting their educational development
  • Planning and executing engaging and fun activities
  • Ensuring a structured and safe home environment

About you

Essential must haves

A valid UK driving licence, proximity to Bournemouth, Ferndown, Ringwood and a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner.
