Pay rate: £11.55 per hour, increasing to £12.12 post-probation with relevant NVQ certification
Hours: 16 hours per week (typically two shifts per week) with potential for additional overtime

About the Role
As a Part-time Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will take on a vital role in our children's lives, working as part of a team and acting as a trusted parental figure.
Your responsibilities include:- Building strong, positive relationships with children
- Supporting their educational development
- Planning and executing engaging and fun activities
- Ensuring a structured and safe home environment

About you

Essential must haves
A valid UK driving licence, proximity to Bournemouth, Ferndown, Ringwood and a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner.
