• Leasehold and Service charge management
• Manage and oversee properties to ensure they are maintained in an optimal state.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
• Handle financial matters such as rent collection and budgeting.
• Coordinate and manage property maintenance tasks.
• Deal with tenant issues and requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and legislation.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Provide regular property performance reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Manager should have:

• A solid understanding of property management and the property industry.
• Understand of service charge and leasehold management is required
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Experience in dealing with maintenance issues and coordinating repairs.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
