• Ensure our customers and their properties are cared for and maintained to the highest possible standards, in line with budgets,

• Plan, execute and deliver all aspects of the Property Management Schedule (PMS), ensuring that key time scales and customer

• Ability to work independently and on own initiative, whilst respecting internal policies and external legislation and

• Industry specific knowledge, built up through experience of residential property management.
• First-class communication skills, both verbal and written, together with strong listening skills.
• AIRPM qualification (preferred)
