- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (35 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant / Executive to join our client's team in Derby. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, supporting a variety of creative and strategic marketing initiatives.
This role offers hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions, from social media and content creation to SEO, PPC, and event coordination. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Content Creation & Social Media - Plan, write, and update website and social media content✔ CRM & Data Management - Input and manage data within our CRM system
✔ Event Coordination - Organise and support both virtual and in-person events
✔ SEO & PPC Strategies - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
✔ Agency & Partner Collaboration - Work with external PR/creative agencies, partners, and fee earners
✔ Social Media Management - Oversee our social channels and drive engagement
✔ Internal Communications - Manage newsletters and internal communications
✔ Website & Live Chat - Handle website enquiries and coordinate live chat responses
✔ Marketing Administration - Provide project support across various marketing programs
What We're Looking For
✅ Strong attention to detail & accuracy✅ Knowledge of social media for business
✅ Experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics
✅ Confident copywriting & content creation skills
✅ Excellent organisational & project management skills
✅ Proactive & self-motivated mindset
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
✅ Confidence in dealing with clients (phone & in person)
✅ Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A degree in English, Communications, or Marketing is desirable
- Experience in a similar marketing or communications role is advantageous
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment
