Working AC Supervisor – Up to £52K + Genuine career progression into a Contracts Manager role!

This Working AC Supervisor role offers the opportunity to lead a team and oversee projects, whilst being hands on, and progress into a senior role within a growing commercial AC specialist!

• Up to £52K salary (DOE)
• Training & development – they'll put you through SEATS, Black Hat

• Lead & mentor two junior engineers as a Working AC Supervisor
• Oversee subcontractors (0–8 per week)
• Work with top clients like KIER & MUNRO
• Sites in Southampton, Oxford, Guildford, London
• Direct from home to site – no daily office visits
• On-site early, back by 5 PM most days
• Hands-on AC installations – VRVs, VRFs, HVRFs, fan coils & heat pumps
• Occasional Saturday work for crane lifts (overtime available)

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• F-Gas certification
• Full UK driver’s license
• Proven experience in AC installations
• SEATS, Black Hat Training & First Aid beneficial – company will provide if needed
