Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a SEMH provision in Northumberland, for a confident Behaviour Support Specalist. The role will require you to work alongside a class teacher to support learning, you may also be expected to work 1:1 with children across multiple year groups.

The ideal candidate will be able to:- Work effectively as part of a team within the classroom ensuring that all the children are looked after and learning from the taught content.
- Work 1:1 with children with SEN.
- Be confident in responding to challenging behaviours
- Work coherently with teachers in providing support for students.
- Have a passion for assisting students.
- Be enthusiastic and proactive in the classroom..
