Location
This position is a full-time position and is based in our Kidlington, England office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. Depending on business needs, this role may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties. - Support employees with HR topics (LOAs, benefits, compensation); escalate issues as needed.
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates; collaborate with managers on required skills.
- Enhance job satisfaction through issue resolution, new perks, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws; develop and implement HR policies.
- Track and document compliance programs (training, certifications, etc.).
- Oversee employee orientation and initial paperwork.
- Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
- Implement new hire orientation and recognition programs.
- Administer HR programs (compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, etc.).
- Handle employment-related inquiries; refer complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Assist with annual performance reviews.
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and best practices.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain employee files and records in compliance with regulations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required OR professionally HR qualified (CIPD) with equivalent work experience
- A minimum of at least one year of human resource management experience preferred
