The Role- You will be handling a really broad range of Corporate/Commercial work which will include anything from mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements as well as commercial contracts and more.
- The firm has a really impressive client base of longstanding, high calibre local clients.
- You will be expected to get involved with the progress and development of the firm, therefore you should feel comfortable with BD and marketing.
- You will need to be a hard working and committed individual who has a real passion to practice in this area of law.
- You should feel confident to work autonomously as well as working as part of a team.
- Our client is looking for someone who has at least 2-5 years PQE.
