• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
• Coordinate, analyse and report the financial performance to the Management and Board of Directors.
• Ensure compliance with the local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Create and manage financial reporting systems that comply with government regulations and legislation.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
• Find cost-reduction opportunities to achieve financial objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Finance' should have:

• A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Understanding of business practices and strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• International experience is essential for this role
