About Our Client

The company's products are primarily targeted at the European market, where it continues to expand its presence and adapt to the evolving needs of consumers.

• Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple European markets.
• Oversee and ensure proper currency hedging, foreign exchange management, and bank loan arrangements for operations in different European countries.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and financial stability.
• Provide financial leadership and strategic insights to senior management, supporting business decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin(Putonghua/Chinese).
• Extensive experience in finance, particularly within the consumer goods industry, with expertise in currency hedging, foreign exchange, and banking loans across multiple European countries.
• Strong knowledge of European financial regulations, tax laws, and business practices.
• Proven ability to navigate the complexities of managing finance across different currencies and international markets.
• European work and living experience is preferred, with the ability to understand both European and Chinese business cultures.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) are highly desirable.
