This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering the telephone, efficiently redirecting calls to colleagues, and taking accurate messages.
  • Organising and coordinating boardroom bookings.
  • Greeting clients, suppliers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ordering office supplies and assisting in the smooth running of the Guildford office.
  • Managing post and courier services.
  • Providing administrative support to the Office Manager and team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, ideal for a receptionist role.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in work approach, with initiative and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word; training will be provided for other necessary systems.
  • Knowledge of video conferencing tools is advantageous, as many meetings are conducted in the Guildford office.
