About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager at OneAdvanced, you will own, develop, and execute the product marketing strategy for our People & Workforce Management solutions—including Time & Attendance, HR, and Payroll. You will play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, crafting compelling messaging, and equipping our sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive product awareness and market success.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute a product marketing plan aligned with business goals and sales targets.
  • Craft powerful messaging and value propositions for our target customers.
  • Create engaging sales enablement tools and marketing assets.
  • Support new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development.
  • Build thought leadership content and develop compelling case studies.
  • Act as a category expert and spokesperson, supporting sales meetings and industry events.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI and labour law developments, to refine positioning.

What You Will Have:

  • Relevant experience in Product Marketing or a closely related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance creativity and commercial insight.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
  • Passion for delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns and sales tools.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
