Job Description- Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies.
- Drive demand generation activities to increase recruitment and retention of app users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product growth.
- Monitor and report on product performance and customer insights.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning for the products.
- Manage product content across various digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proven track record in growth marketing roles with real life examples of key wins
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
- Creative mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
- A genuine passion and interest in healthy living and nutrition
- Experience of scaling up a product or application
- Comfortable attending their West Midlands offices 2-3 times a week
- Starting salary of £65000
