Producer
As a producer your primary objectives are to plan, quote and facilitate the delivery of both photographic and video shoots across a broad range of clients and subjects.
To succeed as a Producer, we expect you to have an appreciation and understanding of both photography and videography. As a high performing Producer, you will be expected to have exceptional organisational skills and be able to plan, cost and co-ordinate all services required to deliver shoots.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of incoming briefs, WIPs and schedules
- Project specific internal & client liaison
- Quoting, budget & purchase order management
- Sourcing and selection of specialist services, contractors and talent
- Call sheet creation and bookings
- Shoot management, timekeeping, and H&S monitoring
- Supporting studio set up and strike for shoots
- Post-production briefing, liaison, file management and supply
- Post shoot review for continuous improvement
- Previous experience working in a professional photographic environment is helpful
- Highly organised and able to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Competent use of Office365 packages
- Flexibility to work outside of core office hours if a particular project requires
- Ability to work both studio-based and on location (often outdoors) if required
- Good listening and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and solo
- Driving license and own transport
