Property Manager – Full training provided
This will be on a full time permanent basis within their bright and spacious office in Gloucester.

To be considered for this role you must be either have prior experience within Property Management or have worked within a Customer Service role where the skills are transferable.The role requires a personable manner, offering great Customer Service to continue the existing dynamics of the business. This is a varied role where no two days will be the same!
You must be willing to work alongside the small and close-knit team to support the needs of the company as a whole. They are a supportive company with a flexible approach. Full training will be provided and your work will always be valued. You will also be given the opportunity to grow alongside the company as well as being offered support with industry specific qualifications.
Please note applicants will ideally need to be aged 21+ (for motor insurance purposes) with a full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities:- General office administration duties including handling emails, calls & walk in clients
- Dealing with all property maintenance issues
- Managing & arranging all necessary certification works
- Managing of tenancy rent reviews and renewals
- Arranging & carrying out of property inspections as required
- Handling of inventories, check outs & deposit management
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with strong communication skills at all levels
- IT literate
- Resilient, with a positive and motivated attitude
- Teamwork and the ability to help others when required
Salary: Highly negotiable depending on experience
