Are you passionate about driving growth and enhancing customer experiences? Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working with our international client to recruit for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team. As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and expanding customer relationships, providing competitive quotes, and ensuring smooth coordination with the production team.

Business Development Executive Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to expand the existing client base
• Provide competitive pricing and quotes to drive sales success
• Collaborate with the production team to manage lead times and project updates
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and visit customers to generate new business opportunities
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance brand awareness

Business Development Executive Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in business development, particularly in the engineering or technical sector
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• A goal-oriented mindset, always seeking new opportunities and motivated by hitting sales targets
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
• A collaborative team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence
