Ideal Candidate:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (or willing to work towards).
- A genuine love for working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is a plus but not essential.
