You will also help with marking, assessment, and classroom organization, ensuring that the learning environment is stimulating and well-resourced.

Additionally, you will play a key role in school activities, accompanying pupils on trips and supporting extracurricular events.

What will you do?
  • Work with individuals and groups of children to deliver learning programmes and encourage interaction in activities led by the teacher.
  • Assist with general pastoral care and attend to personal needs as appropriate.
  • Supervise children during non-lesson times, accompany on trips, participate in meetings and training
  • Feedback on child progress in meeting Individual Education Plan targets

  • Ability to communicate well, with adults and children across the Trust
