You understand the importance of person-centred care and building trust. Ideally, you’ll hold or be working towards an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care.You’ll be registered with the SSSC, be a member of the PVG Scheme, and have basic computer skills for training and documentation.
You’ll also be comfortable working within and supporting CrossReach’s Christian ethos. Full training and ongoing guidance will be provided.
