Care Support Worker (Personal Assistant)

Location: Burntisland, Fife.
Salary: £12.00 per hour, Monday to Friday. Time and a third (£16.00 per hour), weekend enhancement - (for hours worked during the 48-hour period after midnight on a Friday and until midnight on a Sunday).

Contract: Full time, 35 hours / week.

Emma is a young woman with epilepsy, living in her own home supported through the presence of 2 PAs 24/7.

Emma is non-verbal and limited in how she can express herself but has a fun, gentle nature and can make her thoughts known through a cheeky smile and twinkle in her eye.

Emma is seeking additional PAs to join her team. The ideal candidates would be compassionate, nurturing, and dependable, have a positive demeanour and are team players that strive to contribute to a positive working culture. Whilst no experience is required, the priority is a candidate with the qualities and values Emma requires, specialist training will be provided covering several topics including epilepsy and peg feeding.

Applicants seeking part time hours are welcome to apply but weekend availability is essential.
